    Slalom Boston is seeking an experienced Director to help own and shape the future direction of this practice, with a focus on business transformation and process automation.

    What You'll Do Collaboratively establish practice direction, strategy, and goals based on market needs and drive and identify opportunities for growth/maturation of strategy and process offerings and work across internal stakeholder teams to align go-to-market effortsResponsible for portfolio management across Strategy and Process, managing operational & financial health (e.g., pipeline, margin, bill rates, managed revenue, staffing etc.)Proactively identify Strategy and Process opportunities and lead sales pursuits for Slalom at both existing and new clientsLeverage expertise and Slalom best practices to guide teams in developing high-quality solutions; provide oversight, lead, and deliver work on client engagements across industriesManage people processes (e.g., talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, etc.), drive employee engagement, and coach leaders and team members at all levelsPartner with other experts to develop new and differentiated ideas for enhancing client value; continue to develop advanced mastery related to strategy, operations, and other business advisory rolesBuild local Slalom brand through regular speaking engagements, authoring/publishing content, and brokering consortiums within Boston's executive communityDevelop deep executive relationshipsWhat You'll Bring A proven track record of success growing a practice and client base – selling and delivering Strategy & Process work to a variety of clients.

    A strong balance between big picture/strategic thinking and the ability to execute.
    Executive presence and the ability to influence senior executives.
    A willingness to be a hands-on contributor to practice development and client delivery.
    Proven success developing and growing people, including a strong focus on succession.
    Ability to effectively manage teams and relationships across multiple clients.
