    Russel Tobin has partnered with an international organization to add to their growing team in the NW United States The Senior Process Engineer's main responsibility is to oversee capital growth, maintenance, and process improvement projects for company operations. This is a direct-hire opportunity

    Location: Northwestern U.S. (Nevada, Utah, Northern CA or Colorado)

    Compensation: $145,000-$150,000/year

    This position has 25%-50% travel/year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning and execution of multiple capital projects, ensuring safety and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
    • Identify and evaluate productivity and cost improvement opportunities, collaborating with continuous improvement and operations teams to implement enhancements.
    • Monitor key productivity metrics to optimize plant performance and identify further improvement opportunities.
    • Document work and capture best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and process optimization.
    • Ensure proper engineering and integration of plant upgrades and equipment installations.
    • Assess mechanical integrity of process equipment and infrastructure, developing replacement timelines for capital budgeting.
    • Drive safety, environmental compliance, throughput, quality, and cost improvement initiatives.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years of project management or process improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Familiarity with various software applications, including word processing, project management, process simulation, and inventory management software.
    • Knowledge of statutory, regulatory, and organizational procedures related to environmental protection and safety regulations.
    • Experience in metals/non-metals mining, industrial minerals processing, or continuous process manufacturing is desirable.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
