We have treatment centers nationwide including specialties for substance misuse treatment, ABA therapy, senior living, and mental Health Treatment. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in employee management, onboarding, benefits, payroll and compliance. Location: (South Bend, IN) or (Orange County, CA) Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to

• Administration of talent acquisition process, including job postings, interviewing, drafting of offer letters and administering background checks, etc.
• Conduct new hire orientation.
• Administer employee benefits including enrollment, life status changes, and terminations with external benefits providers.
• Set up and maintain electronic employee files including W-2 distribution, PTO requests, and I-9s
• Coordinate open enrollment for employee benefits and assists with applicable employee benefits plan enrollments and life status changes including terminations with external benefits providers.
• Assist development, revision, and ongoing maintenance of HR policies and procedures including the Employee Handbook.
• Assist administration and communication of various HR programs (annual performance reviews, annual benefits enrollment, annual salary letters, etc.)
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
• Manage employee relations for all regional employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience required.
