    Senior Strategic Services AdministratorCFC has a need for a Senior Strategic Services Administrator to join the Strategic Services team.

    This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work at our headquarters office in Sterling, VA, as well as optional remote workdays.

    A Senior Strategic Services Administrator is responsible for providing operational management, delivery and analysis for the suite of strategic planning facilitation services, enterprise risk management (ERM) services, Commitment to Excellence (CTE), and a variety of other value-added services as assigned.

    This position works within the Strategic Services Group (SSG) and across the organization to ensure products and services are meeting strategic initiatives, member satisfaction, and defined targets.


    As a Senior Strategic Services Administrator, you will:
    Manage the logistics, material preparation and delivery of member-facing facilitation services. Assist with efforts to create, enhance, modify or potentially exit existing CFC value-added products and services as assigned.

    Develop reports to track metrics and gather business intelligence regarding the performance of strategic facilitation services, ERM, CTE, and other services as assigned.

    Monitor quantitative metrics to ensure that strategic facilitation services meet defined goals and objectives and deliver updates to all levels of management.

    Deliver training and marketing material for internal staff and partners on strategic facilitation services, ERM, CTE and other services as assigned.

    Supervise and manage the development of assigned staff within SSG.

    To be successful, you will need:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting or related field preferred. At least seven years of experience with an electric utility cooperative or financial institution preferred. Supervise and manage the development of assigned staff within the SSG department. Advanced knowledge of the electric cooperative industry preferred. Advanced knowledge of general business financial reports and the key aspects of business plans and financial projections preferred. Proven research, problem solving and analytical skills. Proven ability to assist and support the development of strategic facilitation services. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure of deadlines, changing priorities, business units, members and project teams. Advanced MS Office skills.
