    Join Our Team as a Regional Project Director - Property Damage Restoration


    Are you an experienced professional with a passion for managing and overseeing property damage restoration projects in the commercial sector? Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as a Regional Project Director.

    In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating and managing estimates, working collaboratively with various stakeholders, and contributing to the success of our dynamic organization.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Estimation and Management:
    Create and manage estimates for property damage restoration in commercial lines of business.

    Collaborate with our clients operations, sales, marketing, and management to operationally manage reconstruction projects following fire, water damage, mold, hurricanes, tornadoes, and other natural disasters.


    Multi-Location Project Oversight:
    Manage multiple projects simultaneously across a multi-location region.

    Be on-site after property disasters to accurately scope projects, write estimates, and sign work for our production teams to complete.


    Insurance Claim Negotiation:
    Negotiate and assist in settling insurance claims related to property damage events.

    Scopes of Work and Documentation:
    Write detailed scopes of work for various property damage events.
    Produce complete and accurate estimates, including subcontractor solicitation, quantity survey, and accurate pricing.

    File Review and Submission:
    Review completed files for profitability and accuracy.
    Submit estimates in a timely manner determined by company requirements.

    Change Order Support:
    Support project managers by providing estimates on change orders for current projects.

    Technical Communication:
    Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants, and other stakeholders.

    Budget and Schedule Management:
    Prepare all budgets and schedules for assigned jobs.
    Work closely with the management team to ensure the successful completion of assigned jobs.

    Client and Stakeholder Relations:
    Establish and maintain client relationships and relationships with insurance adjusters and claim representatives.
    Develop marketing strategies and activities that drive business and maintain the client book of business.
