    Key Qualifications
    1+ years of Financial Aid experience
    Excellent customer service and organizational skills
    Responsibilities
    Guide students and parents through the Financial Aid process
    Create financial aid packages that are in compliance with institutional policies and federal regulations
    Assist students and parents with additional financing
    Answer student questions or concerns regarding the financial aid package
    Report to the Director of Financial Aid
    Additional Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent
    Basic computer skills
    Life and Disability Insurance
