Optional Virtual Care Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified Rheumatologist to join our well-established medical team near Detroit Michigan.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact by serving a diverse and growing patient population across a 25-county service area.
You???ll be supported by a collaborative environment and have access to state-of-the-art facilities.Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage a wide range of rheumatic and autoimmune disorders Deliver compassionate, evidence-based outpatient care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Participate in the development of rheumatologic services and potential virtual care initiatives Qualifications: M.D.
or D.O. degree from an accredited institution Valid Michigan medical license or eligibility to obtain one Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Internal Medicine residency Fellowship in Rheumatology from an accredited program Current or previous board certification in Internal Medicine Subspecialty certification in Rheumatology by ABIM or an equivalent international board recognized by the ABOIM Recent fellowship graduates must obtain board certification within five years and maintain certification per specialty standards Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary and productivity incentives Comprehensive benefits: health, pharmacy, dental, vision, and life insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance Professional liability insurance with full tail coverage Generous CME allowance and Paid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, CME, personal days)Relocation assistance Retirement plans: 403(b) with employer contributions and 457(b) tax-deferred savings
