Gotham Ready Mix, LLC is seeking a diesel mechanic to repair and maintain diesel engine commercial trucks. Individual must have electrical troubleshooting skills and strong computerized electrical system diagnostic capabilities.

About Us

Gotham Ready Mix, LLC, is one of the first concrete ready-mix startups in New York City to start with a fleet of trucks, and three batch plants within two locations, located in Brooklyn and the Bronx. Gotham currently has plants located in Brooklyn (East Williamsburg), Bronx (Hunts Point), and Queens (Jamaica). Gotham strives to continue expanding our footprint throughout NYC and are determined to be the concrete ready mix leader in NYC. We are DOT and NRMCA approved. Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License (CDL Preferably)
• Knowledge working on Ready Mix Trucks (Preferably)
• Experts in diesel engines and heavy duty vehicles
• Must have own tools
• Must be able to read and comprehend service and repair manuals
• Must be able to perform preventive maintenance and repairs such as brakes, air systems, air condition repairs etc.
• Understand and have knowledge in hydraulic systems
• Understand suspensions
• Basic troubleshooting
• Peterbilt's
• Caterpillar Motor(s)
• Mack

Computerized Electrical Systems

• Allison Transmission
• Cummins
• Paccar
