Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office management and clerical tasks. This role involves managing front desk responsibilities and handling multi-line phone systems. Bilingual proficiency is a plus. The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining efficient workflows and supporting team members across various administrative functions.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and record keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring efficient office operations
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative or clerical role with office management responsibilities
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures
- Attention to detail with proofreading and data accuracy capabilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent phone etiquette
