    Position Summary

    Linde AMT is currently seeking a Field Service Technician. You will report out of the Linde facility located in Concord, NH.

    Key Responsibilities

    In this role, you will:
    • Safely service customers at customers sites for equipment manufactured by our facility including troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and calibrating.
    • Provide equipment demonstrations and training for customers.
    • Offer telephone support to customers for equipment manufactured by our facility.
    • Conduct in-house equipment repairs.
    • Prepare cost estimates and quotations for repairs and calibrations.
    • Assist in identifying correct replacement parts for customers equipment.
    • Complete necessary administrative tasks.
    • Complete additional duties including but not limited to selling spare parts, consumables, and services.
    • Be able to work overtime to complete jobs if required.


    Required Qualifications:
    • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, including basic wiring diagrams.
    • Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
    • Ability to troubleshoot process equipment to the component level, air, water, electrical, mechanical.
    • Skilled in the use of currently available test and measurement equipment, ex. multimeter
    • Ability to use common PLC software programs to field test, troubleshoot, and program equipment.
    • Travel up to 75% of the time both domestic and international.
    • Must be able to wear a PPE-Respirator.
    • Ability to lift 40 pounds.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • HS Diploma or GED Required
    • 2-year technical degree preferred, or equivalent, and 5 years related experience.
    • Experience in the use of industrial robots such as ABB or Fanuc.
    • Familiarity with software similar to Microsoft Office based computer programs such as MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.
