    **Summary:**

    The SaaS Software and Data Support Specialist supports our software as a service model by monitoring inputs and outputs to the system, investigating process exceptions, tracing problems to their source, and resolving data issues. They will become familiar with various file transmission protocols including EDI, XML, Flat file and EDIFACT. They will become familiar with input/output file review and management. They will utilize and provide content updates to our online Flare help system. They will provide data preparation, processing and VMI application maintenance support to the Customer Care Team. They will be required to assist Customers on system and data related phone and email inquiries. They will liaise with our APAC and European Operational Specialists for non-US Customers.

    **Job Responsibilities Include:**

    Troubleshooting data processing issues (missing/incorrect/incomplete data)

    Analyzing incoming and outgoing data (EDI, flat files, xml sources)

    Work with customer contacts to resolve missing/incomplete data

    Review and resolve exceptions defined by Operations interface

    Processing customer requests in a prioritized manner

    Loading Files

    Answer "how to" questions regarding the VMI software

    Respond to data inquiries

    Utilize and update content for the Operations Online Help system

    Updated application settings

    Correct report email recipients

    Create New Locations
