    The IT Support Technician will provide remote and onsite network support, diagnostic and troubleshooting to all our partners. Our home office is on the west side of Cleveland, OH. This job does require occasional travel when needed, with a company vehicle.

    Job Summary:

    The technician is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and support of all our partners computing hardware and LAN network systems. The position serves at the face of the IT department and acts as multi-tier support. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Should have a strong understanding of computer hardware and Microsoft operating systems. Ability to complete installation of network cabling and other physical tasks as required.

    Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

    • Provide first line to end users via phone, email or in person.
    • Provide our clients with great customer experience.
    • Provide multi-tier support.
    • Respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat and follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
    • Document all support activities, solutions, and configurations for future reference.
    • Work with 3rd party providers within our partners organization to implement solutions.
    • Remotely troubleshoots solutions for computer or operating systems issues that affect our partners ability to function.
    • Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
    • Build, Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade server and PC systems.
    • Install, configure, administer, and support all hardware and LAN network systems for our partners.
    • Support for system changes including patches, updates, and migrations.
    • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex technical issues as needed.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with minimal notice.
    • Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
    • Proficiency with Windows, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022.
    • Experience in Microsoft Office Applications.
    • Experience with Active Directory, DSN, and DHCP.
    • Experience in VPN clients.
    • Experience in imaging and building computers.
    • Experience in backup/restore technology.
    • Experience in antivirus software.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Detail oriented and highly organized to keep tickets in order.
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
    • Ability to demonstrate initiative, independence, and reliability to complete tasks with little or no supervision, if necessary.
    • Experience with Kaseya and WatchGuard software is a plus.
