We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.

    We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotations, online orders, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.

    Working Visa sponsorship is available for qualified employees.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Communicate with warehouse outbound team and maintain LTL & FTL daily pickup.
    • Keep the outbound team updated about LTL & FTL pickup timeline, and maintain all pickups on time.
    • Monitor LTL & FTL status after pickup, handle any delay/cancellation /other issues when doing delivery and keep the customer updated, make sure customers satisfied.
    • Deal with trucking companies & brokers for extra/additional fees, confirm adjusted bills and, clarify the reasons for extra/additional fees, and void them for future shipment.
    • Lead dispatch team members to connect with internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner

    Requirements

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and concisely
    • 5 years + proven leadership and cross-functional coordination
    • Attention to detail and good reasoning skills to spot errors quickly and report them to relevant staff
    • Customer-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Proficiency with industry-standard computer packages such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
