    Job Title: Lead Software Developer

    Responsibilities

    1. Perform technical analysis for enhancement and maintenance requests
    2. Identify the scope of change and the impacted system and provide estimation for the change
    3. Define high-level functional requirements after discussion with business users and prepare detailed technical specifications such as low-level design (LLD) and high-level design (HLD) document
    4. Develop and enhance existing applications using tools like Visual Studio, ASP.NET, MVC framework, ASP.NET CORE, SQL Server, NUnit, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, jQuery, IIS, Ajax, HTML 5 and CSS
    5. Perform unit testing on changes implemented on the application to ensure changes are working as expected
    6. Collaborate with offshore team to plan, coordinate, monitor, version control and execute onsite-offshore projects
    7. Provide technical assistance to offshore team and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
    8. Troubleshoot and identify bugs in existing software, design and release fixes on multiple applications
    9. Support QA testing by reviewing manual and automated test cases
    10. Fix bugs identified during QA testing
    11. Provide support to business users during UAT phase and perform production deployment

    Requirements

    • Masters or equivalent in Computer Science/Applications, Information Technology/Systems or Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum 1 year experience as Lead Software Developer (.Net), Software Developer, Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, Technology Analyst or Technical Lead

    Travel and Location

    Must be willing to travel/relocate to anywhere in the US

    Job location: Edison, NJ and unanticipated locations throughout US
