    Your team is bigger than your department:
    Physicians Surgical Hospitals includes two surgical centers
    • Panhandle Surgical Hospital and Quail Creek Surgical Hospital, and one physical therapy center
    • Quail Creek Physical Therapy and a state of the art diagnostic imaging center, Advanced Imaging Center of Amarillo.

    ResponsibilitiesProvision and document patient care as specified in the physical therapy plan of careImplement physical therapy treatment interventionsModify treatment techniques as indicated in the plan of careAddress clinical goalsCarry out discharge plansAll work is done under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Individuals must comply with the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Act and Rules QualificationsJob Requirements:
    Current Texas State license to practice as a Physical Therapist AssistantCPR Certification

    Preferred Job Requirements:
    Physical therapy experience in an acute care hospital and/or in a rehabilitation facility with participation in a multi-disciplinary team.
    Previous outpatient physical therapy experience.
