The contractor is responsible for the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, integration, maintenance, and/or management of networked systems used for the transmission of information in voice, data, and/or video formats.

Qualifications:

Must know about the development, configuration, installation, and maintenance of networked systems including local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs), telephony systems; and perform routing network configuration management functions.

Must know network standards, protocols, and procedures.
Knowledge in network architecture and topology, including transmission protocols, broadcasting, switching, control, and management.
Must know about performing routing networking configuration management functions.
Must know network systems management methods including end-to-end systems performance monitoring.
Must have experience with using various tools, utilities, and appliances, to perform network management, analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and mitigation
