We are seeking a Finance Director / Finance Manager

You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of all business entities under KK Concepts.

Follow Up Information :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review monthly and quarterly accounting reconciliations and financial reporting packages.
Manage various alternative investments and investments in affiliated companies.
Set goals, delegate and provide guidance regarding both special projects and daily work.
Manage banking and customer relationships.
Solve problems and answer questions from staff and management.
Provide development opportunities for associates and timely feedback on accomplishments.
Develop and oversee department goals related to progress reporting and performance metrics
Provide executive level reporting to business unit leadership and Accounting/Finance leadership
Evaluate and implement process changes to drive efficiency
Set and maintain internal control policies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 7 years private experience or 3 years public experience preferred.
Position requires the ability to influence, lead, and manage change thoughtfully and positively. Must possess strong project management skills and a strategic perspective.
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
Must demonstrate the ability to balance and prioritize multiple day-to-day and ongoing projects simultaneously.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
CPA preferred but not required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
