In this role you will be working on our brands MineTan Body Skin, b.tan and b.fresh, and alongside our marketing team of social media marketers, digital marketers and graphic designers.
Were looking for an ambitious, creative, hard worker with a passion for marketing, branding and digital marketing. You will be responsible for supporting our marketing team across all our digital marketing activities and websites.
You will be an excellent communicator and strong administrator, to help foster collaboration from within the team and be comfortable working in a fast paced, creative environment.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable and has a varied skills base covering copywriting, content creation, content management, problem solving, reporting and analysis.
You dont need to know it all; you just need to be keen to learn new things and have the ability to work autonomously.

Digital content:
create, manage and optimize website copy, images and products across our own branded websites (may include Amazon, Shopify and/or Wordpress)
Catalog management:
create, manage and optimize product listings on our own eCommerce stores and assigned sites
Post Content Creation:
copywriting, photography, videography, design and image sourcing for assigned sites
Online promotions:
execute weekly promotions on our Shopify stores, as applicable
Reporting & analytics:
monitor website and online sales performance, prepare reports and make recommendations based on key insights
Translations:
collate copy for translation and work with our team of translators across 10+ languages
Onsite
SEO:
keyword research, metadata optimization and analysis
Email marketing:
prepare and draft email campaigns in our email marketing platform, Klaviyo
Facebook Advertising:
brief in design, create ads and copywriting for highly targeted ads, monitor conversions and optimize creative.
Influencer Management:
sourcing specialist Amazon influencers, liaising with influencers and talent agencies, obtaining rates, working within a budget and managing send outs, if assigned and applicable
Campaigns & launches:
assisting with the launching of online promotions, new products, new digital experiences and brand campaigns
Website testing and maintenance:
testing new website functionality, new sites prior to launch and regularly checking existing websites performance
Briefing in designs and content requirements to our Graphic Design Team
Collaborates with our team of Social Media Managers, Digital Marketing Assistants, Marketing Coordinators, Web Developers and Designers to delivered a consistent, superior brand experience across all digital channels
Supporting Marketing Team with tasks including sourcing images, copywriting, reporting and assisting with events, photoshoots and video shoots
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
BA Degree in Marketing, or related experience
Minimum Previous Experience:
Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
Other Skills:
Experience in Amazon, Shopify or other eCommerce platforms highly preferred
Ability to self-teach and problem solve
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
CMS and content management experience
Knowledge of Photoshop, HTML & CSS
You are highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or projects with deadlines
Knowledge of Google Docs applications or Microsoft equivalent
Related work experience in the consumer goods, fashion or beauty industries is a plus
