- Operate a smartphone and related equipment.
- Reports to the delivery supervisor for special instructions, location of accounts, delivery times, etc.
- Log into the GPS system.
- Inspect the appearance of the vehicle, inside and out, and perform a daily pre-trip inspection.
- Service each account in the order specified by the Route Manifest.
- Park the truck without obstructing access to customers.
- Greet customers warmly and deliver products as specified.
- Clean racks, coolers, vendors, and other product areas.
- Organize backroom stock and rotate products.
- Fill shelves and arrange products neatly.
- Collect empty containers and keep the area tidy.
- Straighten up the backroom stock and maintain cleanliness.
- Collect payment for merchandise as per the sales invoice.
- Show appreciation to customers and uphold goodwill.
- Prepare the truck for check-in after all deliveries are completed.
- Refuel and inspect the vehicle at the end of the day.
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and 60 lbs. intermittently.
- Able to push/pull a cart weighing up to 800 pounds.
- Drive a tractor trailer and perform regular physical tasks.
- Must be flexible to bend, stoop, and climb as needed.
- Work in both hot and cold environments.
- Tolerate cold temperatures in beverage coolers.
- Work indoors and outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Valid Class A driver's license with a good driving record.
- Valid DOT medical card.
- Proficiency in operating electronic devices for ordering and tracking.
- Excellent communication skills for customer and manager interactions.

This position usually starts work between 5 and 6 AM and continues until all deliveries are completed. Delivery Drivers include Driver Trainees, Swing Drivers, and Bay Drivers.
