- Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of patients to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, emphasizing primary care Internal Medicine.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment and care management plans based on patient needs and evidence-based medicine.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and counseling on various health–related topics including disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and medication management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, social workers, dietitians, population health teams, and administrative staff, to deliver high-quality care to your patients.

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Valid medical license to practice medicine in the state of Massachusetts

Essential Functions
