    The Financial Advisor & Planner in Brokerage and Premier Services at Empower supports clients in our Personal Wealth investment program, offering expertise across a wide range of financial matters. This role serves as the main point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio, focusing on enhancing the client experience by providing proactive financial guidance, addressing client needs promptly, and clearly articulating the value of their relationship with Empower.

    Success in this position is gauged by factors such as client satisfaction, retention, and engagement with other financial services, placing significant importance on client retention and satisfaction.


    What you will be responsible for

    • Delivering exceptional service to Empower Personal Wealth clients, ensuring retention of assets under management and attracting additional assets through effective communication, proactive education, and responsiveness.
    • Managing client relationships through phone and email interactions, both proactively and reactively.
    • Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams within Empower to deliver seamless service.
    • Demonstrating a clear understanding of investment products, market trends, and economic factors.
    • Offering comprehensive financial planning on various topics like retirement, savings, and education planning. Collaboration with financial planning specialists may be required for complex planning issues.
    • Coordinating with operational teams to address client-related administrative matters efficiently.
    • Possibly assisting in training new Financial Advisors and conducting client presentations.

    Your qualifications

    • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field.
    • Possess FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations within specified timelines.
    • Completion of FINRA Fingerprinting.

    Base Salary Range

    $57, $81,000.00

    The salary range represents the typical minimum to maximum base salary for this role in the specified location. Additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentives, may apply depending on performance and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer.
