- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS) or RQIACLS: Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS) or RQIPALS: Required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS): Required
- Gathers pertinent data related to patient health and situations, analyzes assessment data, and develops a plan for care interventions and outcomes. Coordinates care delivery, promotes health, and assesses progress towards outcomes.
- Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver care in a safe, compassionate environment. Facilitates learning opportunities and provides health information to patients, families, and the care team.
- Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegates tasks appropriately and coordinates healthcare team duties.
- Completes other job-related tasks as assigned.

Job Summary:
Providing well-coordinated nursing care to individual patients or assigned patient groups in line with established care standards and processes. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding nursing staff at various levels, collaborating with other disciplines, and making decisions using critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent discretion.
