    Job Title: Construction Project Manager

    Location: Austin, TX

    Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager seeking a new opportunity in the vibrant city of Austin? Our client, a reputable Commercial General Contractor specializing in ground-up commercial projects, including Retail, Hospitality, Commercial, K-12, and Medical facilities, is expanding their team and looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join them in delivering exceptional projects to their clients.

    *Please note that you won't be considered if you're experience is Residential/ Multi family*

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and project milestones are achieved.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
    • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support project needs.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
    • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing ground-up commercial projects exceeding $25 million in value.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Good tenure at previous companies, demonstrating dedication and commitment to your work.
