The Opportunity
We're looking for our next Stylist; someone who brings an established clientele, a genuine love of fashion, and the kind of warmth that turns a first-time visitor into a passionate brand advocate. Our stylists build real books of business, and the earning potential reflects that. We expect a motivated new stylist to reach $50,000 in monthly sales within their first year; top performers exceed $80,000. This position pays a generous commission, among the highest in the industry. A generous spiff program rounds out the compensation.
We are open seven days a week, and this role is primarily full-time with weekend availability required; though for the right person, we're open to a part-time arrangement.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture deep, lasting relationships with a loyal client base
- Create a fun and artful shopping experience that goes beyond transactions — you'll know your clients' wardrobes, their lifestyles, their taste
- Stay current on our brands and new arrivals so you can reach out proactively and create excitement
- Represent the store with warmth, confidence, and an eye for style
What We're Looking For
- A seasoned stylist with an existing book of clients - you've done this before and done it well
- Genuine passion for fashion and an authentic personal style
- A relationship-first mindset; you're as good at listening as you are at selling
- Self-motivation and entrepreneurial drive; you treat your book like a business
- Comfort with clienteling: follow-up calls, personal notes, new arrival outreach
- A collaborative spirit; our team is warm and we intend to keep it that way

Pay: $58, $72,000.00 per year
