    Description
    Position Summary

    This position provides leadership, assistance, and support in the development, implementation, and evaluation of pediatric nursing research projects and nursing quality initiatives, which enhance the quality and outcomes of pediatric nursing care at Phoenix Childrenâ€s. This position also develops pediatric nursing research goals in collaboration with the CNO, nursing leadership, providers, other health care professionals, and patients and families.

    Education

  • Doctor of Nursing Practice or (Required)
  • Experience
  • Five (5) years of acute care clinical nursing experience with expertise applying principles of evidence-based practice. (Required)
  • Certifications
  • Current State of Arizona RN License or from a compact state with multistate privileges OR the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. (Required)
  • National certification in area of specialty or related field. (Required)
  • Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association or obtained within 60 days of hire. (Required)
