About the Role

RBC Aircraft Products, Inc is seeking a skilled Precision Grinding Specialist to join our team. This position involves setting up and operating various grinding machines (mechanical and CNC) along with their robotic or automated accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating grinding machines to produce parts to specification
• Maintaining efficiency standards by following established procedures
• Using basic hand tools, measuring equipment, and blueprints to complete production and quality documentation

Requirements

• Solid math skills (addition, subtraction, decimals to 5 places)
• Manual dexterity for complex, repetitive tasks
• Able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Prior mechanical/manufacturing experience preferred, particularly in ID, OD, double disc or centerless grinding
