This is an opportunity for an exceptional mid-level New York-licensed associate with solid private equity debt finance transactions experience to join our client's prominent Debt Finance practice group in New York.

If you have 3+ years' investment grade lending and #acquisition finance experience, we would be interested in discussing this opportunity with you.

This is a global team with a very strong New York presence. With fantastic resource, including junior-level associates, and senior-level mentorship, you will represent private equity firms and their portfolio companies in debt financings and representation of financial sponsors in fund-level management company and holding company financings.

A popular choice to provide invaluable knowledge in bespoke alternative financing transactions as well as restructurings of debt obligations.
