- Lead sales lifecycle stages within your assigned customer base and identify key opportunities.
- Develop and execute capital equipment strategies to influence customer behavior and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support territory-specific strategies and ensure the integration of product requirements.
- Manage and support local integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and accelerate reagent sales and instrument implementations.
- Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in diagnostics or related fields.
- Possess a strong business acumen, preferably with knowledge in blood bank testing.
- MT or SBB (ASCP) certification is preferred but not required.
- Ready and able to travel as needed for the role.
