    Intelligence Analysts are essential to support our USG customer on some very important national security missions. Intel Analysts are self-motivated researchers who leverage all-source information to build a body of knowledge on particular entities of interest. Analysts have excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex findings in a succinct manner to intelligence consumers. Analysts must be adept with a variety of databases, technical tools, and research strategies and be able to quickly adopt new techniques into the workflow.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for a specific regional or topical portfolio and will interface daily with internal and external stakeholders to drive the mission forward
    • Utilize a variety of tools, databases, techniques, and sources of information to build out a picture of particular entities of interest
    • Support the intelligence cycle and ensure operational activities are carried out in accordance with applicable guidance
    • Interface with internal and external CONUS/OCONUS personnel and stakeholders to prioritize efforts and identify entities of interest
    • Draft formal & informal correspondence (to include but not limited to cables & memos)
    • Brief senior IC leaders on the assigned portfolio
    • Respond to tasking's under short and unexpected deadlines

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active TS/SCI w/Poly
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree, additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
    • Technical background, ability to recommend/implement solutions for targeting projects
    • Demonstrated experience with the IC or other USG agencies performing work similar in scope
    • Relevant experience with Sponsor culture and operational environment
    • Strong research skills and the ability to apply resulting findings in an operational context
    • An understanding of operational targeting in creating and advancing clandestine operations
    • Experience using targeting and enterprise data analytic tools for technical analysis and targeting
    • Familiarity with and ability to work collaboratively across mission centers and organizational functional boundaries
    • Occasional domestic or overseas travel may be available or required for this position
    • At least 3 years tradecraft-related work experience
    • Sponsor relevant cable writing and tools/database experience

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Previous foreign overseas field experience, PCS tour or DY experience of comparable duration, providing support to intelligence collection operations
    • Certification in Sponsor basic tradecraft courses
    • CONUS or OCONUS overseas tours & TDY experience
