    HM's Top Needs:
    Ability to communicate with multiple functional stakeholders on meetings, but especially sales. We also work with Marketing/Finance/Pricing etc...
    MS Office experience, especially with excel and word. Adobe experience helpful as well.
    Some level of data related experience or contract/pricing experience

    Intakes executed contract requests from sales organization/contracting team and implements capital equipment contracts into tracking systems
    Coordinates product launches by advising on administrative processes and related contracting requests with sales/marketing/finance/pricing
    Administers terms and conditions of contracts and tracks agreements for compliance. Reporting data elements of compliance related information to functional stakeholders, especially the sales organization. Creating SOP s to better define our process management and identify potential gaps in process.
    Modifies existing legal contacting templates in conjunction with change requests on contract strategy, new product launches, etc...
    Extracts data and reports on critical contract elements like customer pricing, historical customer sales, and other relevant contracting data

    Work Location:
    Do they need to be local to any MDT office and if so where? Can be remote. Local office would be Lafayette, Colorado

    Does this person need to be on site? If so, full time or part time? Local office would be Lafayette, Colorado.

    However, we typically only go in for team meetings.

    Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

    Administors and manages capital contracts in our CRDN portfolio.

    Implements new contracts via data entry, updates key stakeholders with performance of contracts, term and condition adherence for contracts, providing key information to sales organization related to contract performance.

    Updates and creates SOP's as necessary. Advises business on changes needed to contract structure to support capital strategy. Intermediate to advanced excel is required and SQL/Python/VBA a plus.


    SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM:
