If you enjoy a challenging and fast-paced environment with exceptional talent and dynamic ideas, look no further We are seeking friendly, team oriented, knowledgeable professionals with excellent customer service and organizational skills for Sales Associates at our Brunswick retail location. Must also be profit driven and possess a strong work ethic to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Good knowledge of products and plants, and general knowledge of all other merchandise.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and ultimately achieving excellent customer satisfaction.

Retail sales experience in the industry is preferred.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, Company e-mail and their capabilities.

Ability to work with Point of Sales system (POS) and its capabilities.

Ability to adapt to the fast-paced dynamic environment of the industry and be flexible and open to new ideas.
