- Coach the development team on Scrum processes and remove impediments for the team.

Abacus Technology is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and discussions between the development team and stakeholders at Aberdeen Proving Ground. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications
7+ years experience in software development including experience in a lead or supervisory role for a scrum team. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience in running scrum teams across multiple projects. Thorough knowledge of the principles of scrum and other agile methodologies. Familiar with mitigation strategies for common impediments to a scrum team. Able to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict. Knowledge of techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum. Experience with successful Agile techniques. Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. Able to adapt to a changing environment. Must be a US Citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
