    Provides coordination and support of client MES Modularity planning project efforts for NTT DATA.

    The Senior Business Analyst position works closely with the project manager, project leadership, state staff, and other vendors to ensure successful delivery of NTT DATA modularity planning consulting services.

    This position supports MES roadmap development, status reporting, facilitation, and other project related services at the direction of the NTT DATA project leadership.


    Job Responsibilities Include:
    Assist with identifying and validating existing analysis and recommendations.
    Work closely with client to identify appropriate client project participants for discovery sessions.
    Facilitate discovery sessions to validate business goals, priorities, and pain points.
    Document information learned from discovery sessions.
    Capture new pain points or business priorities that project efforts will look to address.
    Facilitate resource needs sessions to identify staff that will be needed to support the client modularity efforts.
    Assist in providing recommendations for efficiency improvements, utilization of staff, and overall modularity efforts.
    Conduct research and assist in the creation of updates to the deliverables.
    Support analysis of systems or data requiring an in-depth evaluation of complex business process, system process, and industry standards.
    Support project manager with executing schedules, costs, and documentation to ensure assigned projects come to successful conclusion.
    Identify corrective action needed to stay on project schedules.
    Facilitate internal team and external client meetings.
    Provide advanced knowledge of business analysis methodology.
    Develop and present weekly and monthly executive status reports.
    Work closely with the project manager to ensure project work is completed on time and with high quality.


    Basic Qualifications:
    A minimum of eight (8) years of experience with medium to large sized government projects.
    A minimum of five (5) years of recent experience in the Medicaid Enterprise Services business area.
    A minimum of five (5) years consulting a business analyst.
    Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
    Up to 25% travel to client location


    Preferred Skills:
    A minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a consultant in a client-facing role.
    A minimum of three (3) years of experience in business process improvement.
    Business Analyst certification, such as PMI-PBA.

    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $73,000 - $115,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.

    Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

    This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
