Salary and Benefits

As a Personal Care Specialist at Sevita, you can expect an hourly rate of $14.00, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match, paid time off, holiday pay, and a network of supportive supervisors.

You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their personal hygiene and addressing complex needs. Your compassion, patience, and dedication will help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
