    Responsibilities:

    • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on email campaigns to evaluate different content, subject lines, and designs. Analyze results to make data-driven decisions and refine future campaigns.
    • Startup Experience: Bring a startup mindset to the role, demonstrating agility, creativity, and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
    • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging content.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
    • Experience with cohort analysis and segmentation techniques.
    • Familiarity with basic design principles and tools for creating email templates.
