Fast growing, boutique multi-family office in the capital district seeks a Tax Senior or Manager for their corporate/partnership tax team.

Responsibilities include:
Prepare tax returns with varying levels of complexity, along with supporting workpapers
Ability to efficiently review 1065 and 1120 returns that are extremely complex
Compile tax reconciliations and prepare financial statements
Maintain communication with advisory teams on outstanding issues throughout the year
Collaborate and/or manager associates on creating efficiencies within processes and procedures
Assist with creating and updating company-wide templates for completion of tax returns
Stay informed with the ever-changing Federal and state tax law
Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of corporate/partnership tax accounting experience. CPA preferred
