Job Description
As a Security Officer - Unarmed Site Patrol in Moore, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.
You will complete routine patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, respond to requests, and document observations using a computer or tablet.
You will also deliver strong customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring culture that puts people first. We are agile, reliable, and innovative, and we deliver through teamwork while acting with integrity.Position Type:

What You'll Do
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a tech and telecommunications location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalating to local contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, common areas, loading areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and access concerns.
Monitor access control points by checking identification, managing visitor sign-in, issuing temporary badges as directed, and documenting entries and exits per site policy.
Complete thorough shift documentation including incident reports, patrol logs, and equipment checks, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and incoming officers.
Minimum RequirementsSecurity Experience ‐ 1+ Years.
Customer Service Experience - preferred.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
Guard Card/License - preferred.
CPR Certification - preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
