Job Details:

• Full Time or Part Time Position
• On-Site Position
• 2024-2025 School Year
• Weekly Pay with Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each child's requirements
• Ensure timely documentation of evaluation results, progress reports, discharge reports, daily notes, and service tracker notes
• Maintain effective communication with parents/caregivers, teachers, and other stakeholders regarding students' needs

Requirements:

• Current Washington License in Physical Therapy
• Washington Department of Education License, if applicable
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred
