The EdAssist Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating omni- channel campaigns for EdAssist clients and engagement outreach for potential learners to increase participation and ultimately revenue.

    What you will be dong:

    • Identify opportunities within our client base in collaboration with the growth teams, leveraging your understanding of effective marketing strategies to drive participation.
    • Create client marketing tool kits to encourage companies to promote EdAssist to their employees.
    • Monitor client performance, providing strategic guidance to drive growth and optimize customer satisfaction.
    • Proactively engage with underperforming clients to understand their priorities and challenges and offer guidance and recommendations on increasing awareness and engagement.
    • Identify opportunities to add new channels and touchpoints for clients to drive awareness and engagement with the EdAssist benefit.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery for multi- service clients.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in client engagement and account management and apply this knowledge to support ongoing growth and improvement.
    • Conduct frequent reviews of client performance and health, in collaboration with CRDs and the wider growth team, providing strategic support to identify opportunities for growth and explore all potential avenues for expansion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within EdAssist and Bright Horizons.
    • Lead by example and exhibit Bright Horizons' core values by consistently demonstrating HEART in all aspects of the role.

    What we hope you will bring to this role

    Bachelor's Degree - Required

    5 years of Experience in marketing related disciplines - Required

    Additional Job Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in strategic client engagement, marketing or account management, preferably in a corporate setting.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients is essential.
    • Experience in budget management.
    • Strong attention to detail and experience managing data to inform decision-making is essential.
    • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • The ability to function effectively under pressure and be willing to adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities in a dynamic and growing organization.
    • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in client engagement and account management is necessary.
    • Ability to set and exceed ambitious goals.
    • Experience using marketing technology, preferably Salesforce

    Compensation Range:

    The annual salary range for this role is: $70,000 to $75,000.
