Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day support model with vendors to ensure systems are functioning properly and working well collectively.
- Runs IT strategy, execution and service review meetings within an assigned region and business function to review overall IT alignment to business needs.
- Leverages IT services and enables continuous improvement activities in collaboration with enterprise and platform IT.
