Warehouse & Operations Coordinator
Hours: 11am-7pm
Location: Windsor, CT (On-Site)

Airport Courier Service is a regional final-mile logistics company serving Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. We specialize in time-sensitive medical and commercial deliveries and pride ourselves on reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to support warehouse operations and dispatch functions.
Position Overview
This position is primarily focused on warehouse operations with dispatch and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations (Primary Focus)
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
- Verify and record quantity and condition of received items
- Label, organize, and store products in designated areas
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate transportation
- Conduct regular cycle counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Assist with inventory organization and compliance procedures
- Make local deliveries as needed
Dispatch & Administrative Support
- Assist drivers with package location, paperwork (PPW), and dispatch instructions
- Support dispatch with job entry and communication updates
- Help prepare shipment materials and audit jobs for accuracy
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Forklift certification is a plus
