We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska.

Position Overview:

As a Radiologic Technologist with Spectrum Healthcare Resources, you will play a crucial role in providing quality diagnostic imaging services to our military community.

The ideal candidate will be a certified professional with experience in performing diagnostic radiological procedures and adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine diagnostic radiological procedures/services as appropriate to the TO (Task Order).

Adhere to radiation safety policies and procedures in accordance with Radiology Department policies and procedures.

Send appropriate image series to the radiologist for reading according to MTF (Medical Treatment Facility) protocol.

Correctly position the patient for the examination and make technical adjustments necessary for the required examination.

Determine if any special patient preparation is required for procedures.

Process digital images and submit for interpretation by radiologists.


Requirements:
Certificate from an academic program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).

Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)

Minimum of one year of experience as a radiologic technologist or in the specialty area identified in the Task Order.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
