- Utilizing BMC Control-M workload automation software, monitor night job schedule for completion or failures. Check regularly for abnormalities and coordinate/oversee corrective actions.
- Analyze log files to troubleshoot and solve issues.
- Work on day-to-day operational tasks and requests from the business.
- Assist with change management procedures and documentation.
- Uploading and downloading of files to and from clients.
- Complete status reports.
- Provide Help Desk support performing account unlocks, password resets, and complete user add, change, or delete forms.
- Create and maintain documentation on procedures, and how-to guides.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule while being flexible enough to work with changing customer requirements.
- Create, modify, and deletion of user accounts.
- Complete all required training applicable to this position.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- The ability to have a flexible work schedule due to changing needs of job schedule.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience Microsoft Office and Windows 11/10
- Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
- Able to make sound decisions, take action and perform with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- The expected pay range for this position is $21.70-$26.79/hour
