• CPA or Enrolled Agent with outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills and a passion for customer engagement to join the communications team.
• This person will be responsible for extending the brand's tax expertise across owned and earned channels, including the TurboTax Blog, social channels, and media opportunities.
• The right candidate has strong tax expertise, actively keeping up with the latest tax law changes and trends, is able to translate complex tax codes into simple language.
• The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to work under tight deadlines and a strong collaborator with a passion for helping taxpayers get every dollar they deserve.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and editing blog content, reviewing social, graphics, and video content for tax accuracy, and moderating and responding to comments on the TurboTax blog.
