Description
:Looking for an experienced Construction Inspector with their ACI certification and 2-7 years of experience to join them in providing high-level services to their diverse client base on projects throughout Greater Philly and the surrounding area. This role offers a dynamic work environment, the opportunity to work on multiple high-profile projects, and career growth potential.
Daily responsibilities:
+ Traveling from various construction sites throughout PA, and sometimes NJ
+ Concrete Materials Testing for construction projects
+ Site inspections
+ Nuclear Gauge Testing
Skills:
+ Construction inspection, inspection, ACI Field Tech, Field Technician
Qualifications:
+ 2-7 years of experience in construction materials testing and/or construction inspection.
+ Nuclear density gauge safety, handling, operation, and transporting training
+ American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1
+ A Bonus is ICC Certification in Reinforcing Steel, Masonry and/or Soils Special Inspection
+ Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and ability to submit to a drug test.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to work independently and as a team member, maintaining composure, and working effectively in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
+ Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ Organization and multi-tasking ability.
+ A good work ethic, attention to detail, and high level of personal integrity.
+ Authorization to work in the United States.
