    About the Role

    Location: Saginaw, Michigan (Hybrid)

    As a Billing Process Clerk on Morley's reacquired vehicle management (RVM) team, you'll collect and reconcile invoices, and prepare the necessary tracking and reporting to facilitate client billings.

    What You'll Do

    • Forward invoices to clients and suppliers
    • Create and maintain spreadsheets for client billings
    • Follow up on client invoicing as needed
    • Create billing for various RVM programs and manufacturers
    • Reconcile final invoices monthly
    • Assist with:
    • Special projects
    • Incentive tracking
    • Website user maintenance
    • New user setup
    • System clean up for billing
    • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

    Hybrid Schedule

    • This is a hybrid role, where you will work partly from home and partly on site at our Saginaw, Michigan, campus.

    Skills for Success

    Required Skills

    • Computer skills (especially MS Excel)
    • A positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

    Eligibility Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
    • Two or more years of experience in a relevant or related profession
    • Able to work on site in Saginaw, Michigan, as required
    • Able to work 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday - Friday

    Remote Work Requirements

    • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
    • Required internet setup:
    • High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)
    • Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable
    • Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported
