Job summary
This is a hybrid role to be based in Raleigh, NC, San Francisco, CA, or Boston, MA with the expectation that work time will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.
Responsibilities
- Originations and Fund Closings - Leads and coordinates originations underwriting internal credit and other approvals closings for NMTC investments with multiple syndicator partners includeling coordination wth counsel on legal review fund documents collaborating debt partners joint debt + equity opportunities tracking investment status equity pipeline Underwrites closes CRA eligible investment products support First Citizens regulatory need liUnderworks closes CRA eligible investment products to support First Citizens regulatory need.
