- Prepare for scheduled operations and organize sterile set-up of instrument table following established procedures.
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies, holding retractors, and anticipating surgeons' needs during surgeries.
- Clean operating room and manage equipment and supplies.
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for New Graduates
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced Techs
- Tuition Reimbursement
- High School graduate with formal training as a surgery tech.
- Associate's degree in allied health surgical technology preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a surgical technologist in the operating room.
- Knowledge of operating room procedures.
- Skilled in safety and infection control procedures.
- Skilled in equipment maintenance.
