- Support our Guard1 hardware and software products.
- Travel to customer sites for site surveys, implementations, and system support.
- This position is 40% to 60% travel, mostly within Michigan.
- Develop and improve your knowledge of our products and related technologies, including networking, authentication, hosted applications, and SQL Server.
- Special projects related to product support.
- Experience in a technical support or IT management role.
- A "whatever it takes" attitude about customer service.
- The desire to work someplace special, with talented and motivated colleagues.
- Experience with cloud management or Microsoft Azure
