- Responsible for the full cycle accounts payable function
- Secure approvals on vendor invoices
- Verify vendor pricing
- Ensure accurate coding
- Enter invoices and expense reports into Accounts Payable system
- Three-way match for certain purchases
- Process weekly check runs
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Additional tasks as assigned
- 3+ years Accounts Payable experience required
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as work independently
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills are a must
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
- Computer aptitude, including experience in accounting software, Outlook and moderate Excel
- High school diploma and some college or associates degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV BC
